Daniel Zullo is the managing partner of PHNX, a mission-based development company. Daniel has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to creating sustainable solutions for housing challenges by incorporating modular construction into the development process. Under Daniel’s leadership, PHNX has partnered with numerous non-profits and government agencies to successfully develop affordable housing throughout New Jersey.

Matthew is Partner at PHNX and responsible for business development and operations. With over 15 years of experience in real estate asset management, development, and affordable housing, Matthew brings invaluable expertise to every project. His adeptness in overcoming complex challenges consistently earns the confidence of clients. Matthew received a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University, as well as a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
